Audry loved the doll shop more than any place on Earth. She came to work with "bells" on and spent her days on the ramp greeting and "waving" at customers, begging for lunch treats, and keeping us all entertained. She was kind, gentle, and sweet. She protected us and reminded us of Ferdinand The Bull. She passed away in our shop on July 25th, 2013 and we miss her everyday. She is memorialized on the front of our store, so we can say hi to her everyday when coming to work.
Sally is our curator of dolls. She does everything from costuming to making sure the right head is on the right body. Sally sews, writes, shops, and does everything in between. Sally is the "magic" behind the scenes and without her daily input and expert advice, we would not be who we are. Sally's simple goal is excellence.
Pam integrates our huge selection and the internet so that anyone can see and buy our rare and special dolls. With a long history in management and customer service, Pam is the friendly voice you will hear when calling or e-mailing. If you have a problem she will find a solution. Pam has embraced doll collecting and has developed a knowledge passion for the trade over many years. With her delightful personality and spirit, she adds a very caring touch to our business. Without her beautiful pictures and attention to detail, we wouldn't be able to bring our dolls to life.
He has many jobs but mainly heads our shipping department. He oversees the packing and shipping all of our dolls so they arrive safe and sound to their new homes. He is expert at packing and has had extensive training and experience in the shipping world. He knows the trade inside and out. He is here everyday with a cheerful smile and helpful personality. We are very happy he is a part of our staff.
