8" PENNY TOY c1915 SPINNING WINDMILL &WIRE Friction Toy
Cute clowns, jumping jacks and colorful checks are lithographed on the blades of this Windmill-on-a-Wire friction toy. Marked "DRGM // Germany", the blades are meant to spin as the little shed windmill is moved up & down the wire (there may be a spring missing as it slides up & down quite easily, while the blades turn a little). Very slight paint wear on the flag and blades, but overall condition is excellent. Measurements: 8" tall, 3" wide and 2" front-to-back. This is quite a charming toy!!
