1960 All-Original - Excellent & Complete “Wendy Looking Especially Pretty” is all-original, complete,never played-with, never washed or undressed. Bend-knee Walker 8” Wendy's outfit is #341 from 1960, dress is tagged "Alexander-kins". Her adorable perfect face has hand-painted brows and lower lashes, fluttery blue sleep eyes, gently rosy cheeks and a sweet pouty mouth. Her honey-blonde wig is in the original flip-style with bangs. The walking mechanism and knees work perfectly, with no split seams, no damage or repairs. Wendy's aqua cotton dress has puffed sleeves and matching puffy panties (arm-hole & leg-hole elastic stretched); white rickrack trims the neck. The pinafore is crisp white polished cotton with dainty turquoise floral print and aqua rickrack trim (extremely slight age-darkening to pinafore).She has perfect black smooth-sole suede-cloth side-snap shoes and white nylon fine-knit socks. The bonnet is cream finest-straw with a band of velvet blossoms across the crown (chin-strap stretched, tied in back but not cut). What a special little sweetie from the original-owner, non-smoking home!
