Rare Size 6" HEUBACH c1910 Square Mark LAUGHING BABY
The laughing jolly smile on this little guy's face is too sweet to resist! His perfect bisque solid dome head, marked "9 // 0 10 // (square mark) // Germany", is on the original five-piece bent-limb composition baby body. Eyes are intaglio painted blue, he has short single-stroke eyebrows, rosy cheeks and open-closed mouth with molded hint of upper gums and tip of his tongue showing, plus he has the cutest stubby nose. His molded hair is tinted soft brown. The body has been repainted but has no damage or repairs. Dressed in a royal blue crocheted suit with white trim, he wears tiny cotton lisle socks to keep his little feet warm. He's such a cheerful bundle, and he fits in the palm of the hand!!
